Administrators, teachers, staff and students of Fiji LDS Primary celebrated the 45th anniversary of Fiji’s Independence. With the national theme “Togetherness in Harmony for a Prosperous Fiji,” teachers and students were dressed in bula mufti and were engage in tradition activities to mark this day from weaving baskets and mats, scrapping coconuts, making pumpkin lote, cassava cake, palusami and fekei. It was a very educational day as the historical information of Fiji’s Independence Day was shared with students. Thank you parents for contributing towards this event.
