President Jioje Konrote is greeted by church a member during his tour to the Fiji Latter Day Saints temple in Suva this morning. |
HUNDREDS converged at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Tamavua yesterday morning to tour the newly-renovated temple.
It was a historical moment not only for the Latter Day Saints congregation but also the nation as this is the first time the church open its door for public viewing.
Elder Adolf Johansson says they are overwhelmed with the high turn out from members of the public.
The President of Fiji Jioji Konrote with his wife, Sarote, were also among those who toured the temple yesterday.
